Facilitation + Consulting

Systems-level support

Many political and social conflicts arise not at the individual level, but in relationships, groups, organizations, and community. As someone with over a decade of experience conducting political research and analysis, I bring a systems-level and macro-structural lens to support partnerships and organizations as they navigate embodying and practicing their value commitments, negotiating conflicts and accountability, and designing paths toward action that are values-aligned rather than reproducing social norms.

I offer mediation and facilitation for leadership teams and collectives through Couples Counseling for Comrades, but sometimes your group needs more in-depth program development consulting that can include data-driven analysis and products for values-centric groups and organizations of all sizes. In addition to direct services, I also offer mentorship and co-facilitation for leaders and groups seeking to grow their skills in public speaking, mediation and group facilitation, and program and product review.

I am especially excited to work with movement spaces and physical training facilities that aim to incorporate politically conscious practices and want to center social justice and liberatory values.

So you can make systemic change

recurring engagement

Supporting systems, partnerships, and groups often requires more than a single session, or even 4. Sometimes you need a multi-month or recurring annual commitment. I’m committed to working with you to find ongoing ways to support your goals and growth. Reach out directly to discuss a tailored approach with your needs in mind.

Get Support

Are you a gym owner, program coordinator, or community leader needing Help with accountability and repair processes?

Sometimes even the best-designed systems don’t account for the growing pains of building community.

Different values, different experiences, and different places along the learning journey of how to show up around others mean that harm happens — whether it’s intended or not. As a leader, space owner, or facilitator, you may have received feedback that individuals, partnerships, or groups in your program or space are perpetrating harm against others. Having support in managing processes of accountability and repair can allow you to disrupt cycles of harm and give the people around you opportunities to learn, grow, and build resilience that will make our movement communities stronger.

I offer support for acute situations like this — whether you just need a listening ear and a sounding board, or an external mediator for involved parties.
