Personal Strength Training

Strength training with me is fundamentally political: it’s not about aesthetics or weight loss or health-isms, it’s about attuning to your power, increasing your embodiment, and refining your skills. Whether you’re an athlete looking for programming and coaching that aligns with your politics, or a circus artists looking to skill up your strength for acrobatic endeavors, this training is for you.

I offer in-person strength and mobility training in the Chicagoland area as well as remote with “live” virtual sessions, or you can opt to just get programming with remote weekly check-ins. Sign up for single sessions to get hands-on with a particular movement, or sign up for recurring training (weekly, monthly, or programming-only) to make real progress.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and partner acrobatics coach, I not only train clients using traditional strength-focused programming with barbells and free weights, but also offer calisthenic and bodyweight movements, mobility work, and minimal-equipment training options that can be done anywhere.
