Private Training

Whether you’re an athlete looking to pursue physical training that “gets” their political framework and needs, or a circus performer looking to skill up your strength for acrobatic endeavors, this training is for you.

I offer strength and mobility training in-person in the Chicagoland area, or remotely with online programming and the option of “live” virtual sessions. We focus on progressing toward your goals — no gimmicks or faux “wellness” trends.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and partner acrobatics coach, I not only train clients using traditional strength-focused programming with barbells and free weights, but also offer calisthenic and bodyweight movements, mobility work, and minimal-equipment training options that can be done anywhere.

I offer single sessions focusing on discrete movements or goals, or recurring training options (weekly, monthly, or programming-only). You can sign up for each below.
